Terry Crews at São Paulo’s Mercadão

I love Brazil! Brazilians are awesome! Comments actor Terry Crews, famous for White Chicks, Everybody Hates Chris, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, who played the song “A Thousand Miles” from the movie White Chicks, and the actor couldn’t resist and started dancing. He was in São Paulo and showed off all his charisma at the Municipal Market: he danced, took pictures, played with employees, and, of course, ate the traditional mortadella sandwich, as well as codfish pastries, cheese, fruit, and ice cream.

This icon loved by all of us for his warmth and charisma — Terry Crews, the eternal Julius from the TV series “Everybody Hates Chris,” is always in Brazil; he recently visited the Mercadão in São Paulo.

Terry Crews Exudes Charisma and Warmth

Terry Crews, the eternal Julius from Everybody Hates Chris, showed once again that he is in love with Brazil and, especially, with the Municipal Market of São Paulo. A year after tasting the famous mortadella sandwich, the star returned to the Mercadão on Tuesday (20) to savor new delicacies such as codfish pastries, cheese, fruit, and even ice cream.

But the highlight of his visit was musical: to the sound of “A Thousand Miles,” a hit immortalized by Crews in the movie White Chicks, the actor sang with employees and visitors, creating a scene worthy of Hollywood in the heart of São Paulo. The video went viral on social media.

“I love this place!” he declared, between bites.

This incredible man with so much charisma and good humor, don’t doubt that he’ll be back with his own stall: “Pastel do Julius,” perhaps?

Terry Crews Surprises Brazilians

American actor Terry Crews surprised visitors to the Mercadão Municipal de São Paulo on Tuesday (20) by singing and dancing to “A Thousand Miles,” Vanessa Carlton’s hit song immortalized by his character Latrell Spencer in the movie “White Chicks.”

That’s right, during his visit, Crews was caught in a moment of joy and relaxation, buying cheese while singing the song, drawing applause and laughter from vendors and customers who gathered to record the moment.

Terry Crews in Brazil

Crews’ presence in Brazil is also related to his participation in Shopee advertising campaigns, where he has been brand ambassador since July 2024.

In one of the campaigns, he sings in Portuguese to promote Shopee’s 11.11 discount event, reinforcing his connection with the Brazilian public.

The spontaneous performance at Mercadão reinforces Terry Crews’ charisma and popularity in Brazil, where he is widely recognized for his roles in “White Chicks” and “Everybody Hates Chris.”

Last week, he also attended Palmeiras’ game against Bolívar at Allianz Parque, where he signed autographs and enjoyed the match alongside his wife, Rebecca Crews.

This is not the actor’s first visit to Brazil, and he has promised to return!

This Hollywood icon is simply the man himself, full of charm and charisma.

Congratulations on your character and attitude towards us Brazilians!
